Large comfortable beds made for restful nights. It was nice to have easy access to Robinsons Naga with a footbridge right from the hotel. The gym had all the essentials for a workout, and the cozy pool offered a nice spot to relax after a long day. However, the breakfast options could use significant improvement. Limited choices and some items were cold during my visit. Also, I experienced a shortage of towels and bath mats, which became a bit of a hassle. Staff responsiveness varied. I had to make multiple calls to get necessary amenities. Despite these issues, I appreciated the welcoming front desk staff, particularly MS NICOLE, who ensured I felt at home.

Lastly, the promised room supplies were incomplete, and I had to make multiple calls to receive them, which added to my frustration during the stay.

This was my best stay at a hotel in Naga. The staff was the best! We stayed for their New Year Celebration and everything was set up wonderfully. The food was delicious and the rooms are spacious, featuring soft beds that made for a comfortable sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the free underground parking and the convenience of a large shopping center right across the street, which enhanced my overall experience.
